Handling Refund Requests

All refund inquiries must be directed to the official seller. As an affiliate, Pro-Joints.com does not handle or process any refunds directly.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products within 14 days from the delivery date. Once the returned item is received by the official seller, a full refund will be processed (excluding any shipping costs, as the original shipping fee is non-refundable).

Processing Time

Returns typically take 1-2 weeks to be processed after they are received.

Eligibility

Items purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for return. Pro-Joints.com is unable to issue refunds for items bought from third-party sellers, distributors, or retail partners.

Return Conditions

All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when they were delivered. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or could be subject to a restocking fee. We highly recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Proof of Return

We are unable to process refunds without receiving the returned item(s) or proof of the return shipment.

Inspection and Acceptance

We aim to process all returns. However, if an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, it may be returned to you. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival.
